Cristen Coukos
Director of Admissions & Marketing
Cristen provides compassionate guidance to seniors and their families throughout the admissions process. She also leads strategic marketing outreach and drives occupancy through relationship-based sales. Her work is supported by an Associate of Applied Science, an associate degree in Marketing, more than 12 years of experience, and five certifications: Certified Director of Assisted Living, Certified Senior Advisor, Dementia Care, Senior Living Sales, and Customer Relations Management. Cristen finds joy in helping families navigate one of life’s most important decisions: determining the assisted living home that is best for their loved one. “Knowing that my work directly impacts someone’s quality of life gives me a true sense of purpose.” Outside of work, Cristen is passionate about fitness, friends, and family outings to the beach.
