Only a strong and energetic leader like Fajr could affect meaningful changes, increase resident services, and advance operations in an already outstanding community like Saint Francis — Manchester. She does so by applying 18 years of related experience, six corresponding certifications, and a Bachelor’s in Health Science plus Master’s in Business Administration. Fajr considers herself a “transformative servant leader” who cares for residents as if they were family. After also managing budgets, staffing, renovations, and compliance, Fajr spends her downtime writing poetry, watching a good TV series, and enjoying time with her own family and friends.
