Saint Francis’ Food Service Director not only develops tasty menus. She oversees all aspects of dining services, from nutritional needs and medically prescribed meal plans to individual preferences. Likewise, she takes great pride in safe food handling. As Food Service Director, Michelle handles her role with confidence, based on 38 years of related experience. She claims the best part of her day is when she chats with residents and meets their needs. Michelle achieved her Education degree at the University of North Dakota. She enjoys bowling and cooking at home, plus time with her family – especially her grandkids.
